Teaching blogs, pinterest and teachers pay teachers... the 3 best things that could have ever happened to teachers. They inspire and motivated all of us each and every day. They are filled with ideas, resources and not to mention honest reflections from when those lessons just don't go the way we planned...it is good to hear it happens to other people too...
It is so easy to get caught up in the busy parts of the school day, the lists are always endless and many of us are found the first thing we push off of desks is any form of reflecting and sharing the many ideas with the people around you.
I have been teaching for 7 years: my first year was in 3rd grade and my other years have been in 1st grade. I love teaching, but while getting my masters I realized my true passion is the actual curriculum and instruction. I am inspired by all these blogs filled with creative ideas on different ways to teach to meet the standards we all have in front of us.
Who knows, maybe I will have a few ideas to throw out there too.
